Prop. 106 was sold as physician assisted suicide. In the fine print, Prop. 106 legalized euthanasia.

Prop 106 was sold as "aid in dying." "Eligible" persons can have years, even decades, to live.

Prop 106 has a complete lack of oversight at the death. Even if the patient struggled, who would know?
